This is my backup battery for my notebook. I was debating if I have a 6-cell battery or a 9-cell battery because I have a cell 9. I finally go for the cell 9 after examining the weight vs price vs sustained time. The little extra weight does not bother me, the price difference is small, but the time gain support (+ 2 hours vs 6 cell 3. + 5 hours for the cell 9) is more interesting to me. So, for my purpose, the cell 9 is more appropriate.

We just purchased a new Toshiba laptop, and, of course, came with the standard 6-cell battery. Having had laptops in the past there have been already set to get another back-up batter, and then bought this one 9-cell. The 6-cell one lasts longer than the 9-cell one! When the 9-cell one pays, but it has 7 hours of battery life, but within the first 15 minutes or so it drops down to 4-5 hours. It’s amazing how quickly loses its charge! Really need to go about returning this thing, as I believe it is simply a bad cell or three in it.

I bought this battery to go with my Toshiba Satellite U305-S7477. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I can attend 4 classes back to back, without having to worry about running out of energy. Of course to get the length of the battery is running Windows Vista in power saving mode.

This is a necessary buy for the traveler and nearly doubles the battery life compared to the smaller battery that came with the Toshiba Satellite U305-S5097 (13. Widescreen Laptop 3). Protrudes slightly at the rear to accommodate the extra cells and adds a bit ‘over weight for pushing the laptop a little over 5 pounds, which is a small price to pay for the extra hours of battery life years. Using this battery along with the APC battery flat universal basic battery (UPB70 model), I have no problem with laptops with DVD, WiFi, USB and external drives for flights out of the fund (including waiting time in airport terminals).

The original battery did not last long, and did not know if it was the computer was not working properly, but it works perfectly now, worksfor about 4 hours, please. a little ‘can be costly.
