Does not work worth a damn. Runs hot dinner. This is a total rip off.

I bought this based on rave reviews and disregarded any reviews I read complaining about the connectivity problem, as I’m pretty savy tech.Ora, after spending the last two days trying to make it work, I listened to the warning signs . I was at Linksys trying to solve the connection, and have tried all suggestions from Google searches without successo.Il product should be plug and play, well, no way! Even the PC driver CD does not work on my PC, but I’m trying to network with my Mac, first luogo.Il my Airport Express 802. 11n router is able to see the bridge, and I can not assign an IP address, but no matter what I do, or how many times I reset, the bridge does not connect my printer Canon.Ho waited for half an hour talking with a representative via SMS on Linksys site, but while they answered my questions, the only answer that came was the name of players and to identify the number of employees, so no matter what I typed back, I could not read . Inutile.I ‘ll be ebaying tomorrow and buy an ethernet cable 75 feet, instead. I wish I could charge for my Linksys wasted two days.

I bought this to connect my Windows Vista desktop to my “N” network. First, I am only 45 meters away from the router, and I have only 25% – 30% signal strength (my laptop gets a 90% “N” signal strength). Decreases the signal continuously. I had to change my “G” network to get decent signal strength (80%). However, I periodically lose the connection and I have to disconnect and reconnect the WET610N to get the connection back. I would not recommend to anyone.

I bought two of these devices. Both stop working after a few hours of operation. I can ping them, but can not communicate with the device connected to its Ethernet port. Resetting them solves the problem temporarily, but the same thing happens after a few hours more. Had to discontinue treatment with them and buy an Apple Airport Express instead.

I could not even get to Phase 2 of the installer because the installer CD is not possible to recognize my network. All FAQ addresses issues that arise after this point. . . they take all the work of installing the program.
