   This is a computer fast, quiet, and able — to steal for the price. In addition to the features advertised, the unit drops and developed for an open position, making it easy to clean (the dust is always the enemy of cool operation). The operating system is Windows XP Professional, which allowed me to avoid the uncertainties of the new and unknown (to me) system Vista. The unit was rather amateurishly packed. And no Windows disk was included, making it clear to me as to how I could solve a problem of operating system. If it were not for these problems, I would give five stars.

   This is the second Dell Optiplex that I bought in the last 12 months and are very happy with both. They are fast, reliable and easy to use. The operating system is Windows XP pre-installed on both was a major factor in my purchase. The DVD burner is fast and I have not experienced any problems with either. These are the ideal desktop for the money.

   I bought the computer, but it arrived with damage as it is not proyecting the video tape. These are the specifications: FAST DELL OPTIPLEX GX280 DESKTOP P4 2. 8GHz 3GB 320GB DVDRW XP SP3 PROFESSIONAL OFFICE.

   I live in Costa Rica and I need to know what would be the process of applying for guarantee.
