First, I continue to be amazed by Amazon. I ordered this laptop on Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving, who emailed me * * Thanksgiving Day that he had sent, and it was my porch Friday morning! Now the bad news. During installation of Windows once blue screened with an error of “page in nonpaged area” error. E ‘blue screened about 8 times that day, with four different error conditions. He took the weekend of Thanksgiving as a whole (and blue screens) to convince Acer support in India that the car had a problem after following the instructions for the repair / reinstall Windows 7, and hold the power button to 30 seconds without a battery or AC power attached (???). This was not clearly a software problem. Monday ‘you emailed me the RMA number, and it took FedEx Tue-Fri to make it from Los Angeles to Texas. Acer has had more than a week, without any other communication that the first confirmation of receipt. And the price on Amazon is now $ 50 less than when I comprato.Sembrava a good car when you are running short intervals. I just hope to have a working machine soon. I am giving 3 stars for now, because the response of the service and the inability to evaluate their product. I’ll update once it has been resolved.

I bought this product as a gift for my niece for 10 years and was the best present I’ve ever had. This laptop is a good start for her. She loves her webcam and integrated microphone. A happy face is priceless!
